Voucher Terms & Conditions

Redeeming a discount voucher for MahalaYoga Classes indicates that you have read and understand and agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions;

1. Vouchers can only be redeemed by first-time MahalaYoga users; one (1) voucher per person.

2. Vouchers are non-transferable and this is non-negotiable.

3. Vouchers can not be used to 'drop-in' to classes, booking is compulsory and you will be asked to 'block-book' all yoga classes that your voucher entitles you to at the time of voucher redemption (please have your desired class dates and times handy when redeeming your voucher).

4. The MahalaYoga class-pass issued in return for voucher shall be valid for the standard 3 (three) months from date of validation and issue. Class passes will not be extended past 3 (three) months under any circumstances.

5. Booked classes or Massages may not be skipped and carried forward unless a minimum of 24 hours notice has been given prior to the booked class start time by telephoning 07782 220 123 between the hours of 10:00 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday; if less than 24 hours cancellation notice is received the class or Massage booking will be marked as 'used' and will not be carried forward to a future date.

   At certain times of the year MahalaYoga classes can become very busy and we reserve the right to limit class sizes to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone, and to create class waiting lists where it is deemed necessary to do so; you will be informed of any such waiting list and your further options for securing a class space at the time of voucher redemption. 

   If at any time you feel you require a refund for your voucher please contact your individual voucher provider directly. MahalaYoga is not liable for and does not issue refunds for promotional vouchers purchased via a third party.

 

 

 

You must be 18 and over to participate in a MahalaYoga class. Under 18s must be accompanied by a suitable adult, parent or guardian.
